Alisa Cacho-Sousa

Alisa Cacho-Sousa is the Development Manager for This Machine.

Alisa graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Digital Media Production and Sociology, which sent her to New Orleans, Havana and Prague to produce various scripted and unscripted shorts.

After graduating, she spent two years in Inhambane, Mozambique as an Education and Youth Development Coordinator with the Peace Corps, where she focused on adolescent health, language, and gender education through various forms of art and media. Before joining This Machine, Alisa worked as a branded content producer in her hometown, Los Angeles.
