Before joining This Machine, Twilla worked as a production coordinator on several award-winning televisions shows. Her experience in entertainment ranges from casting to talent logistics and production management.

Twilla has also worked as a freelance producer, producing several shorts including an AFI award-winning film. Before working in the entertainment industry, Twilla worked in the not-for-profit sector as a Digital Communications Manager.

Twilla is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and studied film and television production at Howard University.
